Frances O’Leary is an experienced business owner, coach, and licensed insurance broker who has spent her life around the insurance industry.
Her journey began early. Frances grew up in a family where insurance was more than just a profession. Her late father owned and operated his own insurance brokerage, and from a young age she was surrounded by conversations about protecting families, building businesses, and serving clients with integrity. Those early experiences shaped her understanding of both entrepreneurship and the responsibility that comes with helping people secure their financial future.
Over the years, Frances developed her own path as a business owner and entrepreneur, gaining hands-on experience building and managing successful ventures. Today she combines that entrepreneurial background with her lifelong connection to the insurance industry.
As an independent insurance broker, Frances works with a range of highly rated insurance carriers to help individuals and families find the right protection for their needs. Her approach is consultative and client-focused, ensuring people understand their options and feel confident in the coverage they choose.
In addition to serving clients, Frances is passionate about mentoring others who want to build careers in the insurance industry.
